For any questions relating to a claim, please directly contact the Hiscox claims manager responsible for your file.
You can report your claim through the “File a Claim” form below. Please make sure to review the form for the necessary information and documents before beginning the process.
You will get a confirmation screen that your claim has been submitted successfully.
After submission, the Hiscox Claims Team will acknowledge your claim via email. They will assess the claim, contact you for additional information or documents, and then provide you with the decision on your claim.
Your claim is eligible if it pertains to an incident arising from a Fiverr service from a freelancer registered in Germany.

When an incident occurs, it is strongly recommended that you collect as many details as possible - the more information you provide, the better. During the claim process, you may be asked to provide some specific information based on your case.

You are covered worldwide. Your Hiscox insurance generally covers claims worldwide, with some restrictions in specific jurisdictions like the U.S. and Canada. For details on any exceptions, please refer to your policy documents.
